Sorry, gotta bitch...

So i'm sitting in the hospital as a paid research subject, and so far it's gone pretty well. But tonite has not gone well at all...

I swear they stick the absolute worst nurses on the nite shifts. Every nite this nurse wakes me up for no reason, turns on all the lights, leaves the door to my room wide open, flushes the toilet... for no reason! What the hell did i do to her? What ever happened to common courtesy or respect for others? I want to go to her house when she's trying to sleep and do the same shit to her!

Now i have one night left after tonight. Tonight they have legit reasons to be waking me up, as they have to have blood drawn for data every 4 hours. The day nurses have not had any problems getting blood, in fact one of them put an iv in just so i wouldn't have to worry about whether the night nurses knew what they were doing. And damnit i was right to worry! This nurse managed to mess up the iv on the very first blood draw of his shift. So he took it out. Then he tried to put a new one in my other arm. He managed to hit the vein, but he didn't have it secured when he went to draw the blood out. So instead of my blood going into the tube, the needle slipped out of the vein, still under the skin, and i now have a huge lump of blood under the skin. That's gonna bruise like a mutherfucker. And the best part is they still have to do another blood draw at 4am. I don't have any arms left for these people to fuk up!

One night with these idiots, and i look like a hard core heroin addict!! And these are supposed to be trained professionals??

Just had to get that all off my chest.

Now i'm gonna try to calm down and remind myself... one more night and i get to go home!
